Seems like everyone saved up their legs. I felt like I could do around 5.4w/kg avg but didn't go for all out.

Power readings from Neo looks a tad lower than other power meters/trainers (around 20W lower, that's actually a big difference), so probably I should get a power meter too.
The event didn't end at the summit. After regrouping we descended the mountain, climbed Volcano KOM and raced to the finish line.
