If you're a rather friendly guy looking for a challenge, you might want to check out this compilation of all non-lethal "assassinations". There are different approaches, but as long as you don't kill anyone (intentionally or by accident), the game will grant you the "clean hands" achievement on Steam. Sleep-darting and choking never counts as killing, of course. Don't be confused by people claiming otherwise! Just click on the according time link below if you're looking for a specific target:

(The torturer in Dunwall Tower can also be taken out non-lethally by putting his guard dog to sleep with a tranquilizer dart and then blinking behind the torturer himself and choking him.)
