Vanilla mini cake donuts Recipe and Process:
Count: 20 mini Donuts
Donuts:
Step 1: Take 3/4 cup of flour in a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Add 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 cup sugar, pinch of salt and mix well.
Step 3: Into another mixing bowl, add half egg, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1 tablespoon melted butter and mix well.
Step 4: Slowly add the dry ingredients into wet and combine well.
Step 5: Take the batter into a piping bag.
Step 6: Take donut maker and slowly add the batter into the molds.
Step 7: let it bake for 3-4 mins by flipping them in between once.
Step 8: Takeout the baked donuts into a tray and let them cool.
Sugar glaze:
Step 1: Take 2/3 cups of powdered sugar in a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1 and 1/2 tablespoon milk and mix everything well.
Step 3: Dip the donuts into the glaze and let it dry.
Decoration:
Decorate the donut using colored glaze stripes and sprinkles as desired.
