In this video, I share my recipe and approach to making wet lemon pepper wings with a lemon pepper butter sauce. These wings are perfect for your Super Bowl Party as a great gameday appetizer!

Recipe: Note that amounts will vary depending on the amount of meat and your taste.
Ingredients:
6 whole chicken wings
1/2 tsp of seasoned salt
1/2 tsp of lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/4 tsp of celery salt
Lemon Pepper Butter Sauce:
1 stick of melted butter
1 tbsp of olive oil
2 tsp of lemon pepper seasoning
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Zest of 1 to 2 large lemons
Directions:
Start by cutting the chicken wings in half by separating the drumette from the flat portion of the wing. Also remove the wing tip and discard. Give the wing portions a rinse under cold water and pat dry. Season the wings with the seasoned salt, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder and celery salt. Optionally: Use a small amount of olive oil to help the seasoning bind to the wings.
For the sauce, combine the melted butter, olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, lemon juice and lemon zest. Stir and mix the sauce well.
Into hot oil(350 to 375 degrees), drop the wing portions and fry them until golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the oil and place them in a large heat-safe bowl. Coat the wings with the lemon pepper butter sauce, plate and enjoy!
