Citrus season is here and that means cordials! They make for a delicious gimlet, and can be made from just about any citrus. Lime of course, since lime cordial is the original, but here I'm using bergemot, and seville oranges, to make super easy and delicious cordials at home.
Just use equal parts citrus hulls, sugar and water, and add 3-4g citric acid per 100ml.
For gimlets, just use 2 oz of gin (or mezcal, or vodka, do what you like)
1 oz cordial.
Jazz it up with Marascino, or Suze or whatever!
