Shoulder pain is one of the common complaints in orthopaedic OPD. There are multiple reasons for shoulder including frozen shoulder, rotator cuff tear, bursitis, impingement etc. However few of the cases dont fit into the above diagnoses and it may be missed. Infection is a rare possibility and Tuberculosis can mimic many clinical pictures and be a silent killer. Suspicion of possible infection needs to be considered. in this video the doctor explains about the types of infection wround shoulder and its treatment.
