Linear Actuators have their own internal Limit Switches, so no need to worry about that. Set Morning/Night timer for only the time needed for door to Open/Close. No power is used when the Timers are off.

These two videos show the timers hooked up and working. They have limit switches and used with separate motor setup, however the limit switches can be removed and wire can be connected directly to the timers, in order to use a linear actuator.
