METHOD 1 - FACE DUNKING - 2:41
Water temp @ 10-15c.
Relax your breathing, dunk your face. 3-5 attempts at max breath hold.

METHOD 2 - COLD SHOWER - 3:22
Cold water temp @ 10-15c.
Contrast: 1-2 minutes warm then alternate 30s cold, 30 warm. Accumulate 2-3 minutes cold. Always finish with cold.
Straight cold: 1-2 minutes warm then 2-3 minutes cold. Always finish with cold.

METHOD 3 - COLD IMMERSION - 4:26
Cold water temp @ 10-15c.
Up to 10 minutes exposure. Don’t exceed more minutes than the temp of water (10c = 10 mins max).
Start with 1-2 mins and increase.
