In this video we go low-tech, old school to make a floorplan of what your existing basement is so we can plan for finishing your basement.

Having a floorplan of your existing basement allows you to do more than just know where to put the walls. It does a few things:
1) Have a template for designing your proposes basement floorplan
2) Calculate materials
3) Apply for building permits
4) Get quotes from contractors and subcontractors
