From FatKontroller: This is my second goon visit from "TV Licensing" (didn't think about recording the first one). Before I opened the door, he knocked and asked if I was another person, to get me to try and identify myself so I'd open the door. I had to ask 3 times who it was then he whispered "TV Licensing" - that's when the camera came out.
