🌎 I visited over 90+ countries as a vegetarian…👇🏽
These were the HARDEST ones:
🇯🇵 Japan: Beautiful country, but Fish sauce on everything (even salad)😅
🇨🇳 China: Amazing culture, but difficult to explain what vegan/vegetarian is in smaller areas without speaking the language (ironically China makes amazing mock meat! Just not in every restaurant or easy to find as a foreigner).
🇵🇭 Philippines: STUNNING nature, but meat is a huge part of life - often no veg options (except at expensive restaurants or plain rice).
These are the EASIEST ones:
🇮🇩Bali/Indonesia - Vegetarian HEAVEN eat all the tempeh!
🇮🇳 India - Most vegetarians in the WORLD
🇹🇼 Taiwan - Taipei is FULL of vegan restaurants
🇺🇸 - my home state is VERY health conscious
🇲🇽 Mexico - Rice, beans, and tortilla party!
🇮🇱 Israel - Some of the most/best vegan food in the world!
🇦🇺 Australia - Many restaurants in all major cities
🇵🇱 Poland - Never been but heard many vegans there
🇵🇪 Peru - a lot of natural food and Lima is a food Capital!
Do you agree or disagree? What did I miss 🤔 Would love other ideas!
