How to fall off a skateboard without getting hurt

You still might get hurt, but at least you can prevent any serious injuries and hopefully not break any bones.

The key here is to keep yourself in motion. Tuck in your arms and roll out the impact! You’ll take far less damage if you roll as opposed to slamming into the ground.

Keep in mind Newton’s laws of motion. Once in motion, always in motion. When 2 things collide, an equal opposite force will hit back! Keep yourself in motion and you probably won’t get hurt.

Wear pads if you need! Safety is cool, the hospital is not
