Mission 61 is only a sole Juggernaut. You need to use a Deceptisol to get a 5 star rating here. Equip one member of your party with strength boosting accessories and the other two with magic boosting accessories. Have these Paradigms:

Smart Bomb (SAB/RAV/RAV)
Cerberus (COM/COM/COM)

When the battle starts (remember to use a Deceptisol), cast Deprotect and Deshell, and then switch to Cerberus and finish the Juggernaut off.
