Ingredients
- 8 oz (227g) Feta Cheese
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 lbs (680g) cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp+ Crushed Chili Flakes
- Pepper
- 10 Basil Leaves
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 shallot

Instructions
1) Spread cherry tomatoes into a large baking dish
2) Add Feta cheese block into middle
3) Roughly crush garlic cloves and add to dish
4) Thinly slice shallot and add to disk
5) Drizzle olive oil into dish
6) Season with pepper to taste
7) Add crushed chili flakes
8) Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 45 minutes or until slightly charred
9) Thinly slice basil leaves for garnish
