Hey guys, today I wanted to have a look at the affect a 1% grand exchange tax would have on the economy. The moderators have mentioned a few times their interest in adding a tax to the ge.

A grand exchange tax would affect the economy in a few different ways. It would insensitivise player to player trading as well as create larger margins on items. So who would be affected by a ge tax? As well as what are the long term benefits and problems with implementing such a tax.
