Pediatric interventionalists are at the forefront of managing childhood tumors, which differ significantly in type and etiology as compared to adults. The implications of patient care and follow-up is also a very sensitive issue in pediatrics, which many trainees may not be exposed to during their IR rotations. This webinar will be a joint effort between radiologic and oncologic experts from Children's National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. to educate our audience on the landscape of oncology and patient care in children as well as the minimally invasive modalities available to treat different tumors.
