Today I m sharing with you my secret recipe for beef pasande. I can guarantee it that you are going to love this recipe because it is so tender, flavorful and juicy.

Ingredients
800 g beef pasande,
1 large onions (sliced),
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste,
2 whole black cardamom,
5 green cardamom,
1 medium cinnamon stick ,
8 cloves,
1/4 tsp crushed red chilies,
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder,
1 cup oil,
1 cup yogurt,
2 tbsp chickpea powder,
1 tsp salt,
1/2 tsp black pepper powder,
1/2 tsp cumin powder,
1/4 tsp coriander powder,
15 almonds,
2 tbsp coconut flakes
Method
1. In a deep pot full of water add 1 tbsp vinegar and soak beef pasande for 15 minutes.
2. Now in a hot oil add onions and fry them until golden brown and then keep them aside for later.
3. Now in the same pan add ginger garlic paste along with whole spices and fry until fragrant then add beef pasande and fry them for at least 2 to 3 minutes per side on medium flame.
4. Now add red chili powder along with turmeric powder and mix then add 2 cups of water and it cook for 30 to 40 minutes on low flame.
5. At this point, in a blender add fried onions along with yogurt and other spice and blend then add into the gravy then in a same blender blend almonds and coconut flakes and add to the gravy and cook for more 5 to 10 minutes until oil separates from gravy.
6. And now the most flavorful beef pasande are ready to serve.(enjoy them with garlic naan).
