ok yall, i get sooooo many questions on what lennon's daily schedule is so here's a whole video on it!! she is 16 months on one nap & has been on this schedule since we dropped to one nap around 13 months old! i take yall through her schedule and what activities we do, what she eats for meals & more! we mainly follow by the clock & a little bit of moms on call/taking cara babies. those have been what got me through this far to finalize a schedule that works best for her!! hope yall enjoy this vlog- especially my moms/moms-to-be who maybe dont know where to start with a schedule!

LENNON'S SCHEDULE (one nap) |
7 am- wake up, warm 8 oz of whole milk
7:45 am- BREAKFAST
9:30 am- snack
11:45 am- LUNCH
12:30-3pm- NAP
3 pm- snack
5:15 pm: 8 oz cold milk
5:30 pm- DINNER
6:30 pm- bath
7:15 pm- BED
