This is our last video for year 2010! Today we are making Bûche de Noël or Yule Log, which is a traditional European cake that is served around Christmas time. It is made of a genoise (sponge cake), filled with cream, rolled into a log shape, then covered with butter cream! I flavored the pastry cream with orange blossom water and orange zest, and made a chocolate butter cream. This cake will for sure impress your family and friends!
