⚡️ VERSACE ⚡️

Versace is a brand that I have loved for years now. Versace’s clothes communicate power, confidence, and sex appeal and that all began with Gianni Versace back in 1978 when he founded the company.

From 1978 until his unfortunate death in 1997, Gianni created iconic collection after collection, showcasing his vision of his ideal woman and man to the world. A couple of my favourite Versace collections from Gianni include Fall/Winter 1991, where Gianni sent gorgeously embellished bodysuits and dresses in a multitude of shimmering colours down the runway, and Spring/Summer 1995, which featured beautiful flowing slip dresses in bright, bold colours.

His sister, Donatella, took over the helm of the brand in 1997 and has successful continued her brother’s legacy into the 21st century.
