VS. At railway station in Warsaw the arrival of the Russian delegation with President Brezhnev, who receives some flowers, Prime Minister of Russia Mr. Alexei Kosygin, Mr. Gromyko and General Malini. To greet them are Polish Foreign Minister, Mr. Rapacki and Marshall Spychalski. MS. The delegation march past Guard of Honour. VS. The Russian delegation driving in open car through crowd lined streets. VS. In the conference room in the Belvedere Palace the Russians are joined by Mr. Wladislaw Gomulka the Premier of Poland and the talks start to take place.
