Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-Kun or Renegade as it's called over here in the states is the first in the Kunio-Kun series. This was a very quick and easy no death clear, all you need to do is run and punch loops on the enemies. I wouldn't bother using any other moves because the enemies are faster than you and chances are, you'll just trade hits with them.
