hi guys,

after a long period of monotony, in today’s video, i’ll be romanticizing my day and sharing some tips on becoming the main character of your life 🧚🏻the truth is that we can adopt a couple of steps and mind shifts that can make us look at things in a different, more positive light ✨

lately, i’ve been feeling very nostalgic about my life in london; the old houses, my morning walks at the cemetery, commuting around the city, discovering new spots, etc. montreal may not be as grandiose, however, it still has some (french) charm 🌹

in this vlog i’ll be breaking down from my routine and treating myself to breakfast, art gallery visits, thrift shops, book stores, cafes, etc. i also zipline from 1200 feet high and, as always, i included a small asmr cooking segment 🍳

with the arrival of september, there is a new sense of added pressure and a growing to-do list 😞 it’s been more difficult than ever to ground myself and stay present so making this video was somehow therapeutic. i hope you enjoy it as much as I did filming it ❤️‍🩹

i'm currently trying to get back on schedule and find a healthy work-life balance but i’m getting there. thank you so much for the support 💋
