This video shows the condensed version of how I make a white oak long bow. The bow draws up to 31 inches and pulls 50lbs at 29 inches. This video shows my roughing it out, bending it to shape with the use of steam, tillering it, then finally making a bow string for it. The string is made from b55 Dacron and is a 12 strand flemish twist style string. Follow me @vincentcgascon on instagram for more content.
I would like to also shout out @ShatterproofArchery I learned how to make bows from krammer ammonds. Check out his channel for beginners tutorials if you are interested or for more great content.
