BLUES SHOTS - #2
"I Can't Stand the Rain" is a song written and originally recorded by Ann Peebles in 1973. The song became her biggest hit and one of her most famous songs. The song has often been covered. A well-known more dance version was the one by Eruption, in 1977. Following, probably the most famous, was Tina Turner's version, in 1984.
The "BLUES SHOTS" series, in collaboration with giorgio@proofofsound, was born with the aim to propose some blues and soul classics in a more modern key.
