This one, this one, this one - what an absolutely beautiful song! I’m glad I chose to make time to create this lyric video (my life is literally work, sleep, work, sleep). The inspiration for this concept came from the lyrics itself - trying to find a reason to forget the person you once felt so close to and cared so much about. It’s those everyday things that you see - whether at home, on the street, at a cafe, in the car..etc - that reminds you of them... it’s inevitable especially when these inanimate objects hold so much memory/feelings that you’re still (possibly) grasping onto. Hence, the placement of the lyrics.
H, if you read this, I’m so excited for this new chapter! All of us are here to support you and are so ecstatic to see what is coming up for you and your music (Please release the album like... now - I know you’re going to later in the year but nowww)
Also, I know I always say this in my videos but Hunter, come to New Zealand!! It makes me sad that it’s been 6 years and I still haven’t seen you perform live yet 😭
Anyways, hope you all like this one! This could be my most favourite one to make thus far, but do let me know what you think! 😬 And, as always, thank you so much for watching! 😊
‘Til next time
Rachel
