Young and going blind with Stargardt‘s disease.
In this video I discuss my experiences with sight loss as a young child with Stargardt’s disease. In the video, I did not mention that by age 11 or 12 I was legally blind (20/200) Everyone’s experience is different and unique, but I hope my story helps provide insights, food for thought, and a little background info. The next video I will pick up with age 12 and discuss going legally blind as a teenager.
