This is an update on my most popular YouTube video “Somatic Low Back and Psoas Release”. After 3 years, the movements have proven beneficial to many students including myself. The movements are still my quick and easy 'go to' to relieve my grumpy psoas, and this video includes some beneficial additions. Now more than ever, I believe we are our greatest healers when it comes to psoas (among many other things). No manual manipulation or palpation of the psoas or other “quick fixes” of this tender, intuitive muscle can give you long term relief or bring you back to balance the way your own breath centered felt movements can.
