In this video we take a look at an HP412 VTVM. This is a lab grade meter that I acquired to complement my HP410B (future video) The 412 has a much tighter accuracy then the 410B but looses the measurement capabilities to add a current measuring capability. I am hoping to get both up and running for the lab as I have been needed some more needle meters.
