In Episode #3 of the #RemainResilient #Videocast (in German language), I'm in conversation with Julia Holze, Start-Up & Intrapreneurship consultant and Co-Founder of The Rainmaker Tribe, cf. [ Ссылка ].
Julia, who in her career has worked as a corporate Innovation Manager, has helped grow Start-Ups and boost intrapreneurs across organizations in Europe and globally, outlines her personal take on resilience, and how the concept plays a pivotal role for founders and founding teams, from the get-go, both internally and when dealing with external stakeholders and exploring their ecosystem – and the challenge of managing one's, and a team's, comfort zone and focus zone.
We continue to chat about the extra dimension that the Coronavirus crisis adds to start-up and intrapreneurial resilience, and how resilience is, in fact, a leadership quality, not just during a crisis.
Before ending, we ponder over "resilience washing", i.e. in analogy to "greenwashing", the danger that resilience could be used as a marketing spin. Lastly, Julia shows and speaks about two objects that help her feel more resilient.
With #RemainResilient, I hope to learn about different readings of resilience, and this way, to provide expert and leadership advice to the public. Stay tuned for future episodes.
