However I do find a smaller size fits better around my body and their push up lace or sheer bra range and Seamless panties work well with spandex especially when stretching. Being flexible in yoga class or workouts is a must. Some yoga positions are not easy. Difficult sometimes with thick legs and makes it not easy to twerk or when twerking in my dance class.
