Kaddu Ka dalcha is basically a Hyderabadi recipe made out of lentils and Kaddu, commonly called as lauki or doodhi in Hindi and Bottle Gourd in English. It is a dal recipe which is very different and this recipe does not need any tempering. This recipe is also made by adding mutton with bones but today I'm posting this recipe without mutton and the recipe of dalcha with mutton is already uploaded in my channel.

Ingredients List:
First step:
100 gm Toor dal
100 gm masoor dal
half tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp oil
6 green chillies
1 cup tamarind soaked for 1 hour
For second step:
4 tblsp cooking oil
1 onion
3 tomatoes
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Fresh Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
1 big bottle gourd or kaddu Or lauki
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Roasted coriander powder 2 tsp
1 bunch coriander leaves
1 bunch curry leaves
