Kingdom of Happiness, Bhutan, doesn't have a traffic lights. In the entire nation there is only one traffic signal in Thimphu, Bhutan's capital, and that too controlled by hand signals. Bhutan believes in Gross National Happiness than GDP in calculating the well being of it's Citizen. People may not be rich, but they are happy. They follow rules and they don't automation of their only traffic signal in their nation. Traffic signs are everywhere but there are no traffic lights.
