Features I like about this radio:
FM performance is one of the best out there!
AM performance is mind blowing. A passive loop makes it out of this world.
Clear and Easy to read LCD with a nice white back light.
FM Stereo with Dual Speakers! This one rocks.
Two Bandwidth filter options each for the FM and AM bands.
Four FM frequency options.
FM has 50kHz and 100kHz steppings.
Twenty quick and easy access presets.
12/24 Hour clock.
Aux Line In.
Optional AC adapter can be used. I plan to get one.
Dual Alarm feature, wake to radio and/or HWS buzzer.
26" Antenna.
Power on LED indicator...so important. Glad to see it on this radio.
Ability to set the FM to Mono to pick up fainter stations.
Will be used in my next FM DX experiment, equals the PR-D15.
Good build quality.
Features that could be added or improved on:
1kHz tuning on AM, boy would this make a great radio even better.
More bandwidth filter options for the AM band.
Bass/Treble controls.
A handle or carry strap would be nice.
Overall, I am in love with this radio. Another one of those radios that makes me smile with excitement as I tune through the bands with it. Get one and have a party ;)
