TODAY'S RECIPE IS Dragon Fruit Jam Recipe | How To Make Dragon Fruit Jam at Home | Homemade Jam Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Dragon fruit jam
2 Dragon fruit (500gm)
Cut into small pieces
Sugar 1 cup
Mix well
Boil for 5 mins
Realises water
Stir occasionally
Cook for 10 mins
Soften consistency
Mash with spatula
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Keep stirring
Turns dark color
Drop some jam on a plate and tilt it if its not runny then the jam is ready.
Let it cool completely
Boiling water
Boil the jar for 2 mins
Wipe up
Store it in the fridge up to 2 month
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
