You can switch to Local Account from Microsoft account on your Windows 11 if you don't like to sign in with a Microsoft password or Windows Hello PIN. Microsoft forces you to use the Microsoft account to create an account on your Windows 11 PC. However, you can easily create a local user account after the Windows 11 installation.
Steps to switch to local account on Windows 11.
1. Open the Accounts option, go to the Sign-in options, and check if you have PIN/Password enabled.
2. Open "Your Info" click on "Sign in with local account instead"
3. Provide your PIN/Password and click next.
4. Create a new password for the local user account.
5. Sign out and login with the new password.
You can also remove the PIN option if you want.
