How to install radiator air deflector kit (side and top radiator felt seals) on a CJ2A Willys Jeep. Staples are inserted through the felts and the grille then bent to secure.

Felt kit fits in inner front grill to deflect air into the radiator for proper cooling. Nice finishing touch!

During the harsh winter months in Canada we decided to take the Willys apart, fix a few parts, and get it back on the road. Then repeat this the next winter. During the winter of 2021 we rebuilt the brakes and basic engine upgrades (spark plugs, water pump, distributor, ignition coil, etc.). THIS winter of 2022 we are tackling to replace the transmission and transfercase but finding lots of other problems deep within the engine.
