I just wanted to tell you about the benefits of Psyllium Whole Husks. This is not medical advice. It's also low carb and no sugar. Make sure you take it with plenty of water (8 ounces per serving)! With fiber, start out slow. You don’t have to take as much as I do right away. These husks will keep you regular and some even say help you lose weight by feeling full and perhaps even lower your cholesterol. Don’t take my advice. Talk with your doctor if you have any concerns. The manufacturer has this caution on their Amazon site: As with all bulking fiber supplements, do not take within 1 - 2 hours of prescription medications. If you are taking medication or are under a doctor's care, consult a health professional before use. Keep out of reach from children.
