We, as a voting public, are obligated to organize an intervention to prevent further damage by these individuals to the infrastructure of our society.

Our department of Homeland Security is the example of this detriment because when Secretary Janet Napolitano was brought before Congress and questioned by the House Judiciary Committee whether or not she was aware of a situation that compromised national security, she outright refused to acknowledge the question.

That behavior is bizarre. In fact, it incriminates her for treason. Any mentally well person at this level in society would be aware of the ramifications of committing treason and only a mentally deranged individual would hallucinate to the point of believing no one will notice them lying. The mere fact that she insulted every American citizen proves beyond any reasonable doubt she is guilty.

Thus, Janet Napolitano was completely incoherent of the situation.
It is obvious, by her qualifications; she was at one time intelligent, motivated, and successful. The question then becomes "What happened to cause her mental health to digress to this point?"

The element of concern, at least for me, is how Janet Napolitano's reaction was identical to when the Federal Bureau of Investigation suggested I was delusional when I reported the Los Angeles Police Department for censoring my police report after I filed an allegation for attempted murder.

In retrospect, my testimony suggests the corruption within the federal government is a threat of national security which jeopardizes the lives of every American citizen, if not the entire world because the Federal Bureau of Investigation and certain key leaders within that organization [Janet Napolitano et al.] are working with terrorist organizations.

Therefore the only two possible explanations for this anomaly would be
• Mental Illness
• Covert Programming (Monarch Programming, Manchurian Candidate, etc.)

The "thing" about clinical Psychology, is how clinical patients almost never realize they have a clinical condition. That is the reason why most cases of mental illness are not diagnosed until an advanced stage. Not to mention the fact that many psychologists and medical doctors are simply not qualified enough to recognize acute cases. Unfortunately, these factors contribute to the complexity of the situation which, in this case, points to schizophrenia.

The following statement would therefore support my theory.

Experts now agree that schizophrenia develops as a result of interplay between biological predisposition (for example, inheriting certain genes) and the kind of environment a person is exposed to. These lines of research are converging: brain development disruption is now known to be the result of genetic predisposition and environmental stressors early in development (during pregnancy or early childhood), leading to subtle alterations in the brain that make a person susceptible to developing schizophrenia. Environmental factors later in life (during early childhood and adolescence) can either damage the brain further and thereby increase the risk of schizophrenia, or lessen the expression of genetic or neurodevelopmental defects and decrease the risk of schizophrenia. In fact experts now say that schizophrenia (and all other mental illness) is caused by a combination of biological, psychological and social factors, and this understanding of mental illness is called the bio-psycho-social model.
Something is not right and since a thorough examination and analysis of these events establishes reasonable doubt then there must be an investigation to confirm whether this threat is treason or whether these treasonous acts lead to mental illness.
