Rise and Shine, friends! ☀️Welcome to this morning yoga class for all-levels!
Even though this is a quick, 10 min yoga class, we'll pack in a full body stretch so you can feel amazing! In this morning yoga class, we’ll start slowly and sweetly. This entire morning yoga class is beginner-friendly (you can find more beginner yoga classes in my "Beginner Yoga Class" playlist!).
This is a slower paced yoga class and a no-vinyasa yoga class so we can wake up without the intensity of vinyasa. I hope you enjoy this gentle morning yoga class as much as I did. Put on something comfy and let's go!
