Marilyn Manson is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, actor, painter, writer, and former music journalist. His career started in 1989 and his stage name was formed by combining and juxtaposing the names of two opposing American cultural icons: a sex symbol and a serial killer; in Manson's case, actress Marilyn Monroe and criminal Charles Manson.
Coma White is the fourteenth track from his third album, Mechanical Animals, released in September 1998. It was also released as the record's promotional single also in September 1998.
