Dr. Kasim Al-Mashat is a Registered Psychologist, public speaker, meditation and yoga teacher. He is the founder of the Centre For Mindfulness Canada (CFMC), in North Vancouver, which is a Global Mindfulness Collaborative (GMC) formed in partnership with the Mindfulness Center at Brown University. Kasim is a Certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher through the University of Massachusetts (UMass) Medical School and MBSR Teacher Trainer. He has also completed a six-month meditation in silence in Southeast Asia, and presented a TEDx talk on mindfulness, entitled “How mindfulness meditation redefines pain, happiness & satisfaction” - [ Ссылка ]
