Ingredients:

Pie dough:
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vanilla
2 tbsp milk
2 eggs
1 cup butter

Pineapple Filling:
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 cups pineapple with the juice
1/3 cup corn starch
2 tbsp lemon juice

Topping:
2 cups sugar
2 cups coconut
2 eggs
2 tbsp butter (melted)
