In this parkour training video we bring in a
special guest "Andrew Simmons" to show us a few
freerunning flow drills and a sick flow move
that you can do on any ledge! This parkour/freerunning
move is simple to learn and looks awesome!
Andrew is a good friend of ours and has influenced
our styles and training. You won't find him on youtube or
google. He's stayed pretty underground over the
years and focuses more on the movement than
being filmed. So it took some arm twisting from my
bro and I to get him to get some footage and
start teaching some of the awesome flow moves
he has developed.
He's going to be one of the main instructors
at the parkour academy we are about to open
so look forward to some great tutorials from
this talented freerunner/traceur!
