It’s not you, it’s work-life balance … hear me out ⬇️

Life isn’t 50/50…

We don’t just have “work” in one basket and then everything that’s “not work” in the other - our lives are much more than that.

True balance is unique to each of us and can’t be determined by a blue print formula. The balance theory is a refreshing approach to life balance, exploring and finding ways for you to be able to determine what it means to you at this moment in your life!

The reason this has work so well for me is because it gets me to set clear priorities in the key areas of my life and start building up my time around those bare minimum requirements first, and then building out for other events and priorities secondary to these core things.

It’s not perfect because life isn’t perfect, and I do slip up from time to time, (who doesn’t) but I found it’s a really amazing method to give me oversight as to where I’m spending my time and force me to evaluate what’s actually important 🙏
