Drama, documentary and experimental are just some of the genres featured in a series of short films commissioned to mark the 30th anniversary of the World Wide Web. Born Digital is the prestigious programme from the BFI and BBC Four, designed to find and support some of the UK’s most exciting new and emerging filmmakers. Each film received production grants and the opportunity to be broadcast on BBC Four.

Here BFI curators, including BFI Cultural Programme Manager, Rhidian Davis, and the BFI's Curator for Contemporary Fiction, Will Massa, discuss the films and what they say about the modern digital world.

The Born Digital shorts will screen on BBC4 at 22:00 on Sunday 17th March 2019. After that they will be available to view on the BBC iPlayer and the BFI's streaming service, BFI Player: [ Ссылка ]
