The Massachusetts countryside town of Lexington witnessed the very inception of the United States of America, when British soldiers and colonists fought a brief and lopsided engagement in the morning twilight. It was on Lexington Green where Patriot blood was spilled and a fury was born, which enveloped the British soldiers later that day.

April 19, 1775, will forever stand as a day that changed world history. Journey along with me as I visit the sites and explore the history associated with that famous day!
