Red Spinach Stir Fry/ Cheera Thoran Recipe/ചുവന്ന ചീരത്തോരൻ

Finely chopped Red spinach 300gm
Chopped green chilis 3-4
Sliced shallots 3-4
Grated coconut 1/2 cup (1/4 the portion of a coconut)
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp mix well.
Heat some coconut oil in a pan then splutter mustard
Now add red spinach then, mix well.
Cook on low flame for 5-8 minutes until it's done
5-8 are over now we will check whether it has done or not
