I have owned the M1907 in .351 but kept the .401 cal. M1910 as it might be more useful for hunting. I make cases from blown straight 7.62X39 or modified .41 Remington Mag. cases with bullets seated long. Both work at .41 Mag. pistol velocities just fine. No need to hot rod it as I've read "requires near max. loads to function", baloney. These shots were a 210 gr. at about 1450 fps. Range was 35 yds. and very easy to keep shots in a 3" circle firing 4 shots in about 6 seconds, not rushed. These are cast .410" bullets but should be a little smaller at .406-.407", but for lower pressure rounds to operate the action these are fine. I use common .41 Rem. Mag. pistol dies to load ammo. Works fine.
