Oregon Winemaker John Paul describes his love for Pinot Noir "The red grape of Burgundy". We asked him to describe the grape but he never really got into the details of the wine that comes from Pinot, instead choosing to wax lyrical on it's joys. There have been less enthusiastic answers, to be sure.
